TERMS & CONDITIONS
• My Beauty Castle does not appreciate demanding/rude buyers
• To purchase, please follow the order process below
• If payment is not made within 3 days after confirmation, the item will be placed up for sale again
(For interbank transfers, payment should be in within 5 days)
• All sales are final. Please do not ask for exchange or refund once item is sold
• No cancelling of orders once payment is placed
• Prices are set reasonably, so please do not bargain
• Color of items might differ from picture, please decide & purchase at your own discretion

ORDER PROCESS
• Step 1: Browse and decide your purchases
• Step 2: Email My Beauty Castle following the format for Step 2 below
• Step 3: Await bank details to be sent to you via email
• Step 4: Make payment (Add postage cost as indicated at product description, plus additional $2.24 for registered mail)
• Step 5: Send a payment confirmation email to My Beauty Castle, following the format for Step 5 below.
Upon completion of the 5 steps, My Beauty Castle will send you an email to verify payment. Item will then be sent out.

MAILING
• Distribution only via registered/normal mail. For meet ups, please enquire via email.
• *Strongly Encouraged* Please opt for registered mail. My Beauty Castle will not be liable for any loss of normal mail
• Items will only be mailed upon receiving your payment & confirmation.
• My Beauty Castle will not be held responsible for damaged items in the process of mail
• No handling fees will be collected. Isn’t that good news?

PAYMENT
Details of bank account would be sent upon confirmation of product purchase.
♥ My Beauty Castle accepts POSB/DBS/Standard Chartered transfers
♥ For ibanking, please use the same name you’ve stated in the email sent at Step 2
♥ For ATM/Interbank transfers, My Beauty Castle reserves the right to release the item back on sale if payment is not received within 3 and 5 days respectively.
Your order will be automatically voided.
